The Liberty Hill ISD Police Department, established in 2019, is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all students, staff, parents, and visitors across our district. Our mission is to provide professional law enforcement services, foster strong community relationships, and support the district’s commitment to student success.
Led by Chief Chris Rybarski, our department is composed of highly trained law enforcement officers and support staff who work diligently to protect our campuses, prevent incidents, and promote a positive and secure learning atmosphere. We believe safety is a shared responsibility and prioritize collaboration with students, faculty, families, and the community to build trust and maintain a strong presence within our schools.

Liberty Hill ISD covers approximately 100 square miles in western Williamson County, encompassing parts of Liberty Hill, Georgetown, and Leander. With a student population exceeding 9,000 and a staff of over 1,200, we are committed to adapting and evolving to meet the needs of our thriving community.
