Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in public education, having worked as an elementary and middle school teacher for 8 years, as well as a middle and high school administrator. She joined Liberty Hill ISD in May 2023 and is dedicated to fostering a supportive and efficient HR department. Rebecca has been happily married for 31 years and they are the proud parents of two girls. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, and hanging out with her beloved four-legged son, Jaxon.

The 24-25 school year begins Tanya’s 23^rd year in Texas public schools. She has spent the majority of those in her hometown of Royse City, TX and her new home here in Liberty Hill. Tanya has been a Teacher, Interventionist, School Counselor, and Principal over the years and now begins her journey in HR. She has a wonderful husband Michael, four beautiful kids, and 2 four legged family members, Gunner and Jolene. When away from the school district, Tanya enjoys spending time with her family and loves going on missions. She has a huge heart for Haiti and hopes to get there again soon.

Lisa has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. She has served Liberty Hill ISD for a collective 8 years. Lisa’s favorite part of her job is connecting with employees while helping them understand their Benefits and Retirement plans. She has been happily married for 24 years, and they are proud parents to two college aged boys. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and relaxing in the backyard with her family and their two dogs, Karli and Sydney.

Jen has called Liberty Hill home for the past 10 years. She and her husband, a Lieutenant with the Austin Fire Department, have three kids. Her two daughters attend LHHS, and her son is at LHMS. Jen spent 10 years in HR at the LBJ radio stations before becoming a stay-at-home mom. Jen stayed active in the Liberty Hill ISD PTO and the Liberty Hill Youth Soccer Association. When she is not busy with soccer and basketball, Jen and her family enjoy playing Trivial Pursuit, having dinner together, and going to the movies. She is also a proud graduate of the University of Texas – Hook ‘em Horns! Jen loves serving Liberty Hill ISD, which she says has given so much to her children and community.

Kendall is a familiar face in Liberty Hill ISD, entering her fifth year as an employee. Kendall started her career at Liberty Hill ISD as a Resource / Inclusion Paraprofessional and now serves the district as an HR Specialist. She has a deep connection with the school district as a Liberty Hill ISD graduate herself. She earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University – Go Texans! Outside of work, Kendall enjoys reading, walks outside, and game nights with her friends. As well as precious time spent with her family.

Heather has been part of Liberty Hill ISD for 15 years. She has worn many hats in the district and is a jack of all trades. She has served Liberty Hill ISD as a Paraprofessional, Receptionist, Administrative Assistant and now as an HR Specialist. Heather thrives on connecting with Liberty Hill ISD staff. Her passion for customer service shines through. She is a proud parent of two Panthers! When she is not at work you can catch her cheering her children on at the baseball or softball fields.

Zoed is new to the Liberty Hill community.  She has over 10 years of work experience in the academic setting in support roles and looks forward to graciously serving LHISD.
