Jury Duty

Liberty Hill ISD employees will receive leave with pay and without loss of accumulated leave for jury duty including serving on a grand jury.  Employees must present documentation of the service and submit to HR Benefits as soon as it is received.  An employee may be required to report back to work as soon as they are released from jury duty.  A copy of the release from jury duty or of documentation of time spent at court will be required by Liberty Hill ISD.  Time paid for jury duty hours does not count toward overtime for that week.
