Strategic Planning

The school district strategic planning process empowers stakeholders, like parents, students, district employees, city officials, business partners, and more, to collaboratively shape the future of their school district. Through this process, the district and community become partners in creating a 3-5 year plan to improve or enhance the current state of the school district. This shared sense of ownership enables the district to overcome obstacles and discover new possibilities for students.

The Liberty Hill Independent School District Strategic Plan was developed in the Fall of 2019, by a team of 8, and drives the direction of the district for the next five years. The Strategic Plan focuses on improvement efforts in the areas of Teaching & Learning, Funding and Finance, Facilities, Human Capital, Communications/Community Engagement, and Culture.
