The Liberty Hill ISD Police Department, established in 2019, is committed to fostering a safe and secure environment for all students, staff, parents, and visitors within the Liberty Hill Independent School District. Whether on campus or at school-sponsored events, our mission is to provide comprehensive safety and law enforcement services to support the well-being and success of our school community.
Under the leadership of Chief Chris Rybarski, the department is composed of highly trained law enforcement officers and dedicated support staff. Together, they work to ensure the safety of our district’s facilities and contribute to the educational mission of Liberty Hill ISD by promoting a secure learning environment. Our officers not only protect but also build relationships with students, faculty, and families to foster trust and collaboration.

The Liberty Hill Independent School District spans approximately 100 square miles in western Williamson County. This area encompasses all or parts of the cities of Liberty Hill, Georgetown, and Leander. As one of the fastest-growing districts in the region, Liberty Hill ISD serves more than 9,000 students and employs over 1,200 faculty and staff members.
